Brandon Wood

Brandon Michael Wood, 21, resident of 249 W. Main Street, son of Tammy Berry Wood and the late James Ronald “Ron” Wood, Jr., passed away October 24, 2017.

Born December 28, 1995, in Greenwood, he was a graduate and former soccer player of Ninety Six High School.

He was a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to his mother of Ninety Six are a brother, Stephen James Wood and wife Keri of Ninety Six; his maternal grandparents, Roger and Rose Berry of Ninety Six; his paternal grandmother, Peggy Patrick of Donalds; uncles, Dean Berry of Bradley and Dendall and wife Bridget Wood of Donalds; and two cousins, Eian and Anslee Wood of Donalds.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, James “Ronnie” Wood.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Friday at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. Byron Wood and Rev. Suzy Sullivan officiating.

Burial will be in Oakbrook Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Eian Wood, Brandon Turner, Kenny Cato, Nick Ulmer, Dean Berry and Jimmy Brock.

The family is at the home of Dendall and Bridget Wood, 518 Old Shoals Junction Road in Donalds and will receive friends at Blyth Funeral Home from 6 to 8 Thursday evening.
